NAMI Louisville's Support Groups

We believe that education and awareness is the key to breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness and creating a brighter future for all. Through our support groups we at NAMI Louisville aim to create a safe environment for those who suffer from mental illness to share their experiences with peers and leaders who have been there. Gaining insight from others and knowing you are not alone can make all the difference. All of our support groups are FREE to attend and do not require you to sign up. Use the information below  to find what group works best for you!

What is Connection Support Group?

NAMI's Connection Support Group is a FREE, peer-led support group for any adult (18+) who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led by trained leaders who've been there.

NAMI’s support groups are unique because they follow a structured model to ensure you and others in the group have an opportunity to be heard and to get what you need.
