Bridget Furlong Scholarship

 The Furlong Family is raising money for the Bridget Furlong NAMI Scholarship for Growth and Opportunity. This scholarship will go to a senior in high school at Bridget's alma mater, Waggener high school, who has persevered through a mental illness. Through this scholarship, the essence of Bridget's spirit will live on forever.

  • Increase public awareness through literature, public speaking engagements, social media, and health fairs
  • Bring you the latest information on research, treatment, and important mental health issues through our newsletter, events, blog, and social media
  • Conduct educational programs for families, individuals, and mental health care consumers, such as Family-To-Family, Basics, and Homefront
  • Promote Anti-stigma Awareness through our Stigma-Free Workplace Initiative
