The Bridget Furlong Scholarship for Growth and Opportunity

Bridget was a talented esthetician who was passionate about making people feel beautiful, but her care for others was so much more than skin deep. Bridget loved fiercely and entirely. Her determination to help, support, and selflessly give to those who needed it the most defined her remarkable character. To those of us lucky enough to fall under her light, we will be forever changed for the better. The Furlong Family will once again be raising money for the Bridget Furlong NAMI Scholarship for Growth and Opportunity. This scholarship will go to a senior in high school at Bridget's alma mater who has persevered through a mental illness. During her high school years and beyond, Bridget was surrounded by family, friends, and educators who constantly encouraged her to explore every facet of her personality, which helped her shine. To this day we continue to meet people whose lives were touched by Bridget’s kindness, acceptance, and extraordinary talents.
