NAMI In Our Own Voice is a unique presentation in which two trained speakers share their compelling personal stories of living with mental health challenges and achieving recovery. NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Basics

NAMI Basics is a free six-week educational program for parents and caregivers of youth up to the age of 22 living with the mental health challenges of ADHD, depression, bipolar, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and childhood onset schizophrenia. Handouts are provided for autism, but autism is not specifically discussed during the class. However, many children with autism have co-morbid diagnoses (or symptoms of) of ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
